Shipping Policy
We make every effort to ship orders within 48 hours of purchase Using USPS first class. Pre-ordered products are ordered and shipped direct from the manufacturer or warehouse. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. If it will take longer from the manufacturer we will inform you of the shipping time. All pre-orders placed through the site must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
Return Policy
We at Maxlock are committed to your satisfaction with our products and services. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 10 days of your receipt. You must first contact us via email at thatsashot@aol.com or by phone 304-267-8632 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization agreement. All keys must be returned uncut in the original condition. All other products must be returned in its original box or package. After confirming the item(s) return and examination we will issue a refund if it follows our stated policy listed above. Damaged item(s) must be notified immediately with the carrier. Please notify us to report any problems.
